Evaluations

Substance use evaluations for adults and adolescents are offered both in-person and remotely.  These evaluations use ASAM Placement Criteria for level of care determination and appropriate placement in treatment. Evaluations are provided by licensed / certified clinicians either face to face, or remotely, depending on client need.
